Hi Donald, Absolutely, I think this kind of pitch to media works for a fiction series. The trick is pitch story ideas to the media you select that are a good and easy fit. For example, you could pitch to a local talk radio station a story about your experience in transitioning from a columnist to a fiction writer - a how-to for listeners who may also have dreams to become a novelist. You see, the story idea is not about the book specifically but about something that is of interest to the audience and that makes the radio host's life easy, and then at the end of the interview you can mention your books. This is one idea. If you would like to chat some more, send me an email with "15 Minutes" in the subject line and I'll send you a link to set up a free 15 minute Zoom call with me. I’m a first time author and have written a column for nearly two years. Well of inspiration.

I wrote Assignments in Time. Night Visions. Do you think the same applies to a fiction series. ?

I didn’t set out to be writing a fiction series. It has a strong message and am almost done with book 2 and 3 half done. It was released 5 weeks ago. Ideas?
